I relocated from New York City to Summerlin Las Vegas with hardly any furniture. Thank God I found A New Concept Furniture Store. From the moment you enter the store you will find experienced staff, very knowledgeable who are professional, friendly the moment you walk through the door. Incredible customer service!!! I furnished my entire apartment with the help of Barry and Fran.

This store has the most versatile selection of furniture, rugs, art and accent pieces displayed BEAUTIFULLY through out the store. If you don't see what you are looking for they have lots of catalogs to choose from. I found a very expensive Italian Bedroom Set on the Internet I wanted but the cost was out of my price range! I explained the set I LOVED to Fran and she went to their numerous catalogs and opened to a picture of the bedroom set. The Bottom Line is I got my DREAM SET They were able to beat the price and it was affordable for for my budget.

The deliver date was not only on time but early and the men who delivered and set up our furniture gave great care to ensure the delivery was flawless. A couch I selected did not fit in my apartment, so Barry told us that he will take take it back .... he said to select something else. I could not believe it not only did he exchange the couch he loaned me couch while I waited for mine to come in.

I highly recommend and would not buy furniture anywhere else! Great experience! The most magical and beautiful things can be purchases here!.

I hate furniture shopping. Less than car shopping, but pretty close. Barry and A New Concept Furniture changed my mind and his store and his prices and his selection and and and... My husband and I couldn't stop choosing amazing, contemporary and modern pieces to update our dining room and kitchen. Barry wasn't pushy or intrusive, but was excellent in advising us on what items might further complement or what may or may not work. The perfect salesman and once our order comes in, we'll be returning to look for a new bedroom set. I hesitated in writing this because he's the best kept secret, but he deserves all the kudos he can get.

I was looking for furniture for the symphony office, I was told by my business associates and sponsors to check it out, We found a sofa we really like, I was so happy with all of the versatility inside this store. We got a replica sofa that was used in the James Bond film "Spectre" ! We thought it was so neat that they have musical theatre and Hollywood style furniture. They even had an Elvis chair very similar to one in Elvis' house in Graceland. My staff and I have been telling everyone about the wonderful experience we had! A+++++.

This is the best furniture store ever. The owner, Barry will take care of you like no other. He will work with you with budget, style, design, color, delivery times anything you need. Nobody provides better service then him. Do not take my words, experience it on your own.
